Born and raised in Bothell,WA a 4-year old Jessica knew she wanted to own a bakery. From that day on in between working on a farm to arranging flowers, everything inspired her. She kept journals and wrote recipes developing all the recipes she uses today. A lot of those upbringings can be seen through her work as she utilizes fresh, organic, and sustainable ingredients while implementing florals in her designs and flavor profiles.
In the three years her business has been running, Jessica has been a finalist on the Food Networks Halloween Baking Championship, featured on New Day Northwest, and several local radio stations.
Outside of the kitchen you can find Jessica spending time with her 6-year old daughter, Della, and their dog.
